Our custom trained Optical Character Recognition (OCR) tracks your assets even under the harshest of circumstances. ReaSy can reliably read production stamps on 1500°C hot steel produced at 6 metres per second without slowing down production.

Steel Production

ReaSy is our OCR system active in multiple steel mills around the world. It can reliably read stamped characters on 1200°C hot steel without slowing down the production line. This enables our clients to fully track their production and ensures the quality of their products. Since we train the OCR and character detection algorithms ourselves, we are able to quickly adapt the system if new characters are introduced as well as improve performance for edge-cases over time by retraining the network with additional data.
ReaSy hardware consists of reliable and tested industry cameras with individually chosen infrared filters to ensure the best images possible even under the harshest of conditions.

Product Tracking for Badly Readable Characters

Many of our customers already track their production using some kind of identification serials or character strings. These characters are often printed/stamped/pressed imperfectly and can be hard to decipher.
For these cases we train state of the art neural networks to work with your existing infrastructure. This allows you to modernize outdated production lines to digitally track products in your logistic software and doesn’t require the expensive retooling and retraining of your employees.

Parking Guidance and Navigation

Together with our partner Indect Electronics & Distribution GmbH we have been creating automated identification, guidance, logging and navigation systems for park houses since 2014. Number Plate detection can be used to log any visitors to your compound as well as be integrated in automated gate systems to only allow authorised vehicles onto your premises. For large park houses we also have indoor navigation apps as well as kiosk apps which help visitors find their parked cars easily.
